Our Team

Kelly joined Dr. Skradski when he first opened his office in 1988, right after she graduated from the dental assisting program at Iowa Western Community College. Together, they built our practice through referral and inspired the commitment to relationship-based care. Kelly always considers patient need first, and this philosophy has been instrumental to our success. Lovingly referred to as “Doctor Joe’s work wife,” Kelly and Dr. Joe “grew up” together in the dental industry and now bring almost 70 years of combined experience to our patients. For Kelly, the very best part of her job is the opportunity to have long-term relationships with our patients. Many of the children she cared for in the early years of our practice now bring their own kids to visit “Dr. Joe and Kelly.”

Kelly and her (real) husband, Kyle, have been married for over 35 years and have two children. Gillian works in the dental field, and Hunter is working in real estate. When not serving our patients, Kelly enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Steph joined the Classic Dentistry team in September of 2016. She brings valuable customer service skills from a background in retail sales. She is outgoing, friendly, and always willing to go “above and beyond” to serve our patients. She is Omaha-born and raised in the Millard area. Steph and her husband, Mark, have four grown boys and finally have a daughter (in-law). But the most important person in the family, by far, is their beautiful granddaughter, Mila, whom Steph adores. When not with Mila, Steph she enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her family.

Tammy’s venture into the dental world began when she graduated high school. Her dad told her she was going to college and she could study whatever she wanted…as long as it was either nursing or dental hygiene! Fathers always know best – she received her associate’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of South Dakota – and Tammy says, “It’s been a great career and I wouldn’t have changed anything.” She enjoys nearly every aspect of dental hygiene, but most of all, she loves the people – both the team she works with and the patients for whom she cares.

Tammy has four beautiful daughters and a passel of grandsons. She has also been blessed with one, sweet, baby granddaughter! Spending time with her family is by far her greatest joy.
